This chapter examines the evolution of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in sustainable asset management, highlighting the transition from traditional financial metrics to more comprehensive sustainability measures. It explores how conventional KPIs like ROI and Sharpe Ratio are being complemented by new indicators such as carbon footprint, climate risk, and governance metrics. The chapter emphasizes the growing importance of new KPIs like stranded asset exposure and climate scenario analysis for long-term portfolio stability.
