Abstract

At the beginning of April, Zhou Yang wrote a letter to Hu Yaobang, Hu Qiaomu, and Deng Liqun, saying that both the content and the writing of the speech were his responsibility. If someone were to be punished, it should be him and not Wang Ruoshui.
