Abstract

Actualizarea and substantiates the thesis that the problem of the leader and the leadership of the party plays a special role. The activities of the party leader is first and foremost a social activity which strengthens the capacity of the party. Of particular relevance is the leadership becomes in terms of the overly personalized politics when most people are focused not on party but on personality. Under these conditions, the formation of an appropriate image of party leader is one of the most important components of forming the General strategy of the party. However, even the best description of the political portrait of the party leader will not help if the society has developed a negative image of the political party.
