Labour disputes and the status of the trade Union movement in Europe: typology and trends

Abstract

The article is devoted to the research of typical features and tendencies of labour disputes and trade unions of European countries. Namely to the problem of decreasing of the number and intensity of labour disputes in European countries. Conclusion is drawn about the necessity of consideration of such indexes as a scale, intensity, depth of distribution of labour disputes. Established the fact of reserve of the European trade unions in national scopes, absence of single policy of action.
