Abstract

Abstract This paper examines how population control—whether voluntary or naturally emergent—functions as a natural feedback mechanism within societal systems. Guided by the framework of the Three Universal Laws—Karma, Balance, and Feedback Mechanism—it analyzes the connection between collective reproductive behavior and government performance. Using global and Philippine examples, the paper demonstrates that population decline serves as both an indicator and consequence of systemic imbalance. The study integrates scientific, sociological, and economic perspectives to show how adherence to natural laws can help leaders maintain societal stability and sustainability.
