Abstract

Material from Guodian bamboo look, Tianrenzhifen is a basic early Confucian idea. Bamboo Tianrenzhifen affect the Mencius, and Xunzi and different. Xunzi's Tianrenzhifen meaning is more complex understanding of the academic community have simplified the previous suspects. Mencius, Xunzi Tianrenzhifen actually speak, but also about nature and man, only in the specific level was different. With bamboo strips from Guodian, non-connection between the Heaven and man is a basic thought of early Confucianism. Mencius is different with Xun Zi under the influence of this thought. Non-connection between the Heaven and man in Xun Zi's theory is more complex than the understanding of past scholars. Both Mencius and Xun Zi had considered non-connection between heaven and man, and the unity of the Heaven and man; but they were in different degrees of actions
