Abstract

This paper introduces CAIS v1.0 (Consciousness–Aptamer Interface Standard), a foundational technical standard proposing a material-level interface between consciousness and biochemical sensing systems. CAIS defines a hardware-independent framework based on aptamer–iodine multi-oxidation arrays, Biological Interface Molecules (BIMs), and a three-axis energy model (Ordered, Entropic, and Relational Energy). It specifies transformation logics leading to consciousness-linked indices (VCE, CRI, CFI) and is designed to function as a measurement and signal standard rather than a clinical or therapeutic protocol. The document is positioned as canonical prior art and as part of the broader Consciousness Civilization Framework, aiming to provide a cross-disciplinary reference point for philosophy of mind, philosophy of science, bioengineering, and consciousness studies.
