Abstract
This study investigates the multifaceted impacts of artificial intelligence (AI) on organizational management within international companies operating in Tunisia. Using a quantitative methodology, data were collected from 270 managers and employees across diverse enterprises. The findings reveal that AI significantly enhances managerial tasks by automating repetitive processes and fostering autonomy, confirming its role as an optimization tool. Interestingly, AI positively influences interpersonal relationships, exceeding initial expectations of potential negative impacts. However, its effects on organizational culture are negligible. Ethical and legal concerns, though significant, remain moderate, reflecting growing awareness of challenges related to data protection and decision-making transparency. These results highlight the nuanced role of AI in shaping managerial practices and emphasize the need for organizations to adopt balanced strategies that leverage its benefits while addressing its ethical and relational implications. Future research should focus on longitudinal studies to explore AI’s long-term effects and examine contextual factors influencing its integration into diverse organizational settings.
