Abstract

Behavioral economics has fundamentally reshaped our understanding of human decision-making by demonstrating that agents systematically deviate from the rational actor model. Concepts such as bounded rationality, heuristics, biases, and cognitive limitations have provided a rich framework for explaining why individuals make suboptimal decisions. However, much of behavioral economics retains an implicit assumption.
