Abstract

Following the methodology of Critical theorists, in this Chapter and in the next chapter, the theory of Honneth will be illustrated in the reality of Chinese and Moroccan women. Whereas the pattern of love is located in the private sphere of a woman, such as her family, her friendships, and her neighborhood, which makes her more vulnerable to suffering situations of disrespect, in the dimensions of law and of solidarity, I will also encounter offenses against women. In any case, whether in China or in Morocco, offenses to recognition are complex and, in the end, affect the formation and development of women’s identity.
