Abstract

In this article an example of some legal documents of Ukraine analyzed the need to improve the legal controls on ethno-national policy. The main article link is the idea that is the only possibility to prevent the destabilization of the situation in the country, reducing the investment attractiveness of Ukraine and the deterioration of the overall economic situation is the inadmissibility of the politicization of ethnic areas, including the requirements of national minorities.
