Abstract
This paper explores the theological statement from the Gospel of John, "In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God" (John 1:1), as a metaphysical and informational foundation of existence. It draws connections between ancient scriptural insight, philosophical interpretations of the Logos, and modern concepts in information theory and artificial intelligence. The hypothesis presented is that the "Word" (Logos) represents the first cause, an origin of intelligent order, which unfolds through cosmic, biological, and technological evolution into a perfect informational system. This perspective aligns spiritual insight with scientific reasoning, suggesting a continuum from divine intelligence to human and post-human cognition.
