Abstract

Bu çalışmada Rawls’ın Adalet Teorisi’nden türetilen öğretinin kritiğini yapan Beauchamp ve Greenberg’in görüşleri ele alınacaktır. Yaptıkları analizlere istinaden çalışmalarının adalete ve iktisadi adalete yönelik argümanları ortaya konulacaktır. Makro bağlamda toplumun, mikro ölçekte ise işletmelerde dağıtıcı iktisadi adaletin tesis edilmesi için yapılması gerekenlere dair anekdotlar sunulacaktır. In this study, the views of Beauchamp and Greenberg will be discussed who criticized the doctrine derived from Rawls’ Justice Theory. The concept of justice, allocative justice, social justice, all inclusive system and background justice, the ideal form, libertarianism and the basic structure will be examined. In the context of analyzing what they do, their arguments will be put forth as arguments for justice and economic justice. Anecdotes will be given of the needs to be made in order to establish the distributive economic justice in the macro context and the micro scale in the enterprises.
