@Galahad So this new group has the permissions of current patroller and rollbacker, along with supressredirect, and editprotected (edit the pages protected at the highest level of admin protected (barring .js, .css, and .json files of course))? Also, the existing new roles of patroller and rollbacker are to be deleted.

Hey @Hakimi97, as of now, Portal_talk and Perbualan_Portal exists as an alias for Perbincangan gerbang. This is per these lines on core-Namespaces.php. Could you confirm if changing the second alias here to a lowercase Portal will break any existing links? If yes, then can you ask for a bot to fix them to be lowercase. Once that is done, I can change the alias to be lower case as well per your request.
