OSCPA members are encouraged to support a rule amendment proposal before the Ohio Supreme Court that directly recognizes the profession’s expertise in property tax matters. The Court is currently accepting public comments on changes to Gov. Bar R. VII, Section 31, which governs the unauthorized practice of law (UPL). Submissions are due by July 13, 2026.
