Got a letter from Alex today, it was kind of unexpected because I haven't spoken to her for a while but I kind of miss her anyway. I'm just mad at myself because I gave her up for Ryan, I suppose. I sometimes wonder what would happen if we were still together though. Anyway, I’m rambling on about myself too much. The letter says that she's coming back to Newport, I don't know what I feel about that. On the one side I’m happy because I miss her and I just want someone to talk to who understands me. But on the other side, I’m nervous, the break up was kind of uneasy.

I'm going to go over to Summ's and ask her about it and maybe grab a bagel as well
