Challenge 123 - Book Cover Art

Welcome to Challenge 123 – Book Cover Art.

For this challenge we are going to be iconing book cover art. It can be the cover of your favorite books, your favorite book cover illustration or illustrator's work, vintage book covers, the skies the limit really. Just please no stock image generic book covers like the kind people use for textures.

I'm not providing any images this time, but there are some links under the cut to help you find what you are looking for and give you some inspiration. If you have any questions ask them in a comment.

CHALLENGE RULES
+You may enter up to 4 icons
+Please find your own images. I've provided links.
+You may mix images
+You may use any brushes, textures, text, etc. you like.
+Your icons should meet LJ standards. Not more than 100x100 pixels and no more than 40k.
+Your icons should be new for this challenge. Please DO NOT use old icons.
+Please do not post your icon anywhere until voting is over and the winners have been announced.
+No animation

***Please note the name of the book near each icon, if it applies.

So with most of these artists you can find the actual book cover on Amazon and icon that, since a lot of them prefer that you don't take their artwork from their site. Just use your discretion in this. And always credit.

There are many wonderful book cover illustrators/artists out there. I'm sure some of you have favorites. And if not there is always favorite books and you can icon the covers of them.
