Finally a place where I can fit in... My friends say I am too emo and they've all abandoned me and left me here alone. I desperately need new friends to talk about emo fashion (scarves, black-rimmed glasses, haircuts, band buttons, etc), emo boys and girls, and most importantly: emo music. I've been a huge emo fan for years. I am in love with / obsessed with The Promise Ring, Jets to Brazil, Braid, Sunny Day Real Estate, Christie Front Drive, Jawbreaker, The Smiths, Joan of Arc, Texas is the Reason, Thursday, The Get Up Kids, Taking Back Sunday, Rainer Maria, Decibully, Denali, Jimmy Eat World (old stuff of course), Rites of Spring.... My list could go on and on. I also like some of what people might call "emo-punk" like Alkaline Trio, Thrice, at the drive-in, Coheed and Cambria, Brand New, Further Seems Forever, Hey Mercedes, Hot Water Music, etc.
