KIIS-FM's Ellen K Named Voice of the 2016 Oscars

iHeartMedia CHR KIIS-FM/Los Angeles morning personality Ryan Seacrest announced Wednesday that co-host Ellen K has been selected as the voice of the 88th Academy Awards. The Oscars join a long list of voice credits for Ellen, including the Grammy Awards, the People's Choice Awards, the iHeartRadio Music Awards, My Big Fat American Gypsy Wedding on TLC and Hatched on The CW.

Ellen, who was honored with a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame in 2012, said, "I'm honored and thrilled to be a part of the 2016 Oscars team. It's a true privilege to lend my voice to this global event celebrating the best in cinema."

The 88th Oscars will be held on Sunday, February 28, 2016, at the Dolby Theatre at Hollywood & Highland Center in Hollywood, and will be televised live by ABC.
