Critique level?

I'm curious about what kind of feedback people want from this community. I know that I would love some hardcore ripping apart, and am willing to give it. But not everyone wants that.
So, if I may be so bold as to make this request: when you post something, let us know what kind of feedback you want. I know that sometimes I see something that I think has enormous potential, but it needs some serious going over. I'd like to know if I can just dig in, or if I should go easy.
