Ben Rebhuhn was the business manager for the Jowett Institute. In early 1962, he took over the George Jowett Fulcrum Lever Bell Course and lever bells. Using the Jowett photos with Rebhuhn's face covering the original, he then promoted the courses as the American Body Building Club course. Nearly all the ads have "American Body Building Club" on the mail-in coupon and on the book cover for the courses. "American Bodybuilding Club" appears in the ads' text, however.
