Golden Age DC humor feature.

The Cotton-Top Katie feature began in Green Lantern (DC, 1941 series) #23 (December 1946-January 1947). That issue was released the same day as All-Flash (DC, 1941 series) #26 (December 1946-January 1947), which also included a Cotton-Top Katie story, however the story in Green Lantern #23 depicts the first meeting between Katie and the Perfessor, establishing it as the first of the two adventures.
