Joe Orsak (b. 1952)

Biography:

Joe Orsak grew up in Canada and Italy before attending Syracuse University. Based in Syracuse, New York, he has written and drawn comic strips for newspapers in the Syracuse area and has worked on projects for various publishers including Magnum Comics, AHOY Comics, and Dark Horse. His weekly comic strip The Adventures of Captain 'Cuse ran in the Syracuse New Times and then the Syracuse Herald American from February 1982 to July 1990.
