Description:

The man known only as "Happy" is an associate Larry Davis, a.k.a. the comedic superhero, Funnyman. "Happy" and Davis' partner and manager June Farrell are the only two people who know of Davis' dual identity. "Happy" was to portray a fake criminal in the stunt that led to the creation of the Funnyman identity.
