Alias used by Bart Allen.

A 30th century speedster living in the 20th century. Grandson of Barry Allen (The Flash) and Iris West Allen. Son of Don Allen (of the Tornado Twins) and Meloni Thawne Allen (alias Carmen Johnson). Half-brother of Owen Mercer (the second Captain Boomerang), son of Meloni and George "Digger" Harkness (the original Captain Boomerang). Nephew of Jeven Ognats and Dawn Allen Ognats (of the Tornado Twins). Cousin of Jenni Ognats (XS). He also has a clone named Thaddeus Thawne (Inertia).
