The objectives of this book are two: the first, consists of characterize a type of thinking that has occurred in different regions of the world, especially in the colonized through the modernity; the second is to point out the limitations, possibilities and ways of overcoming for this kind of thought. These two objectives are reflected in a third party that refers to the location of meeting points, which allow dialogue and meet the current peripheral intellectuals, that these are recognized as such and can make a self-criticism I empowered them. These objectives are broken down into multiple subordinate objectives.
