How do I deal with this sick colleague of mine? She's so effin' sick she's toxic. I don't want to get involved with her because she's narcicistic, manipulative, over-compensating her lack of selfesteem, she's using and abusing the (probably wrong) diagnose of "bipolar" she's been given, she's under lithium and anti-depressants, I suspect her to drink again,...
But then again, she raises compassion (which is probably exactly what she wants) and she just needs people who love her to take care of her.
Writing this down I know that it is only healthy for me to stay as far away from her as possible but I'm a soft heart and sometimes want to cave...
