Total random insane (in a good way) customers, who have a brilliant sense of humor totally make my day. Heheh. The guy just made me laugh. He called in with this whole spiel about "being stood up" since one of my teammates forgot to call him back with a verification number for products returned. LOL. Which over course was just him overdramatisizing(sp?). Heheh. Spoke to this same guy yesterday.
And yeah, for quiet little preening, he called my nickname unique and cute after asking me to spell it since I think he had to take it down or something. xD
