at work: somewhat awake. somewhat.
Mondays. Totally uncalled for.
On the early shift again, can't say that I don't wish I were back home instead. The weekend's been crazy, crazy fun. Hair is trimmed, new DVD (have I ever mentioned how I love working because of the things it lets me afford?), SPN 1 & 2 playing properly, new stuff to watch, and oh, let's not forget the funlovewhoa that is Firefly. Joss Whedon, you own my soul. Today, at least.
Just edited my flist. Defriended a couple of communities that I'm no longer following/a member of; needed to clear up the clutter since I started missing out on entries that I should be reading while RP comms flood my list with threads and whatnot that take too much out of me to follow. Not in
paixaorpg anymore, nor polychromatic, so it was only right anyway. I figure, if I ever decide to go back and RP again, that's the time I'll add it up for viewing purposes; for now tho, since my Rangiku!muse has hung up her zanpakutou for the meantime, it'll help me heaps to have less posts on my flist other than the important ones.
I've also just requested to be Rika from Air Gear. Which reminds me that I really have to catch up on the manga. Haven't downloaded anything for MONTHS on that series, and since I have a couple blank cds at home, I probably should start downloading here during my breaks.
Does anyone know good fic for her and Sora, btw? I'm itching to read about that pairing (soOTP), but (1) I'm damned lazy to browse through whatever comms and archives for a fic that seems nonexistent, (2) I actually lack time to browse anyway.

I'm crossing my fingers that Sis
isiseden stays over still tonight. Didn't get to spend time with her all day Saturday since there was school to see to; and though yesterday might have been enough for some people, I'd really like it if I went home later to find her still holed up in my room with the DVD playing either Firefly or Supernatural -- hell, even PoT or Ouran, if the mood strikes her.
It feels really good to spend time with her. She's got more free time now so she's planning to go back into art and writing, which makes me happy. We were sitting at the back of the Crosswind yesterday and we were throwing ideas back and forth of what we'd be writing. We have a project of sorts lined up, I need to provide her with prompts and hopefully she can send me a couple as well, but we'll see how things go.
At about this time she's supposed to meet up with a friend of hers. Can't help but wonder at how that's going.
