

Breathwork and innerdance to help with sleep. utilising a full range of brainwaves and oscillating sounds to create a an ambient and otherworldly hypnotic track for people who have trouble sleeping.
The first night or so might be odd but soon the brain syncs the sounds and the option of engaging the breath can help slow down the monkey mind.
Breath no# 1: Choice between
Ujayii - Inhale 2/exhale 2 - All through the nose
Conscious connected - Inhale 1/Exhale 3 - All through the mouth.
Breath no# 2:
Box breathing - Inhale 4, hold 4, exhale 4, hold 4 - All through the nose

*TRYING TOO HARD TO GET IT RIGHT IS ANTI-SLEEP*
Couple of disclaimers for clarity. You will hear the breath on the track and it's an invitation to follow along, but absolutely not necessary. There are no starting or finishing bells to alert you to the breath, they fade in and out, so pick it up and put it down whenever you like.
