Another mixcloud only limited session for this one as I continue to explore some of the music I'm feeling at the moment that falls outside of the boundaries of straight up 4/4. Running to a relatively short 55 mins over 12 tracks the intention was to create an immersive, cohesive listening experience, as always there's a spine to this set which is anchored by a house sensibility, but there's also a swathe of other sounds and beats represented here. Notable favourites include the Black Leaf track which marks the reincarnation of Weekend World with their first release after an 7 year hiatus, I also particularly love the Leif track which wraps things up.
There's a new genre born every second so I'm not going to even try to break it down here, just call it nudubhousestepfusionbeat, actually please don't.

How many times have I listened to this ... You buy compilations, you download, you have whatever you can get your hands on... I've known Deep Transmissions for so long and every cast, every mix brings something new (I know what flicks the switch)... This for me is something so special it's going to take my man a lot to top in my eyes ... this needs to be in his Podcast library for the masses ... What does it give you... Calmness, chilled, but in parts a little edge of attitude ... This mix is ******* untouchable! Get your ears round this and deal with an upper class DJ who goes about it the right way ... UNDERGROUND
