Love this game, to the point where it's a borderline addiction. Love figuring out tower synergies and trying to farm as greedily as possible early on to absolutely crush by round 100. Pretty sure I have more hours in Bloons TD 6 than any other game ever.

I honestly didn't think GameFreak was capable of making such a good game. So many problems have been resolved, and so many cool/creative ideas were added. One of my favorite things is how much they reward filling out the Pokédex: now it's something I actually feel motivated to do, and it's super fun. And THEY GOT RID OF EVs/IVs! No more spending hours on each Pokémon trying to make it perfect! In my opinion this is their best game of all time. Graphics could be better, and I'm still waiting for them to release a game with multiple difficulty levels, but there's nothing to make me think it deserves less than 10/10. Hopefully Scarlet & Violet will bring back abilities and make moves/turns function how they did before, but I really want everything else from this game to stay.

It's clear that a lot of effort went into this game, and it's super fun to play. Would highly recommend if you enjoy roguelikes.

I played the first game, then this game, then got partway through the third. I gotta say, Danganronpa 2 is my favorite. It builds on the plot of the first game in a fantastic way, and is just really fun to play overall. My biggest problem with Danganronpa 1 was the plot twist at the end, and much to my surprise, there's a scene in this game where Kazuichi goes on a rant and ended up perfectly summarizing my complaints about the first one. Huge props to the writers for that one. My only problem with the game is how caricatured everyone is. This isn't the writers' fault; it's something you gotta do when you introduce a dozen characters at once.

This game was super close to being one of my favorites of all time. The plot is super unique and able to repeatedly subvert your expectations, which is something I absolutely love. The only thing holding it back (in my opinion) is the very end of the game. Narrative-wise, it ties things up pretty well, but it just felt super abrupt to me.

A beautiful game. The puzzles are easier than a game like The Witness, but they still make you think. I'm halfway through playing and am having a blast.

Everhood has a lot of cool ideas and fantastic gameplay. Sadly, the game seems to do a lot of talking about how great it is. There's a mushroom that gives a super cool trippy fight, but he leads up to it with "get ready, this fight is gonna blow your mind." They tell you cool philosophical ideas, but it's presented as "Absolute Truth". If you're able to get past how pretentious the game is, you'll have a great time.

An anime/pixel art game with a whole lot of gore. If you don't view it through a layer of irony it'll seem like it's trying too hard. If you enjoy watching your character (and others) die in various horrific ways, this is the game for you.

This "game" is filled to the brim with super clever ideas. Would definitely recommend.

The game's narrative draws heavily from The Stanley Parable and Portal, but the design/mechanics are unique and fun. It was worth buying to me.

A short and sweet story. I didn't really feel like the story in space & the story on earth meshed together very well, but it's always nice to experience a game in an LGBT perspective.

The quality of gameplay and amount of content are amazing, but the loading times are absolutely atrocious. If you value your time, maybe get a different edition of Overcooked.

Graphics are really cool—low poly but everything else is super high quality. Gameplay is centered around finding shortcuts and navigating without crashing, and it's got a smooth difficulty curve that I really enjoy. Overall highly recommend.

About 30 seconds of gameplay on YouTube was all I needed to know that this was a game for me. So much sweet suffering.

Some great puzzle platforming combined with really nice 8-bit graphics & music. Awesome game overall.

Really good story, music, gameplay, and graphics. If you're into 2D platformers at all you'll love this game.

I really, really enjoy this game. Fun gameplay and super polished graphics (and a good soundtrack too). Great in both single and multiplayer.

It's pretty alright. One of the plot points didn't really get resolved, and the dig –> upgrade –> dig –> upgrade gameplay wasn't my favorite (though I'm sure others will enjoy it).

I loved this game. The fourth wall breaks were very entertaining, and the relaxed soundtrack along with the lovely pixel art gave it a unique, comfy atmosphere. If you liked Undertale, I'd highly recommend giving this one a try. My one complaint is about the gameplay. In order to progress, you need to collect items scattered throughout each area, so if you miss one it can be a pain in the butt to repeatedly scour the land to find it. It was tedious for me having to consult a walkthrough regularly, but the way the plot developed made it all worth it.

Phenomenal fitness game; far exceeds predecessors like Wii Fit. Super fun and lets you fine-tune the difficulty to suit your needs.

If this game's trailer and/or the rhythm game genre appeals to you at all, you're gonna love this game. For $20 ($5 if you get it on sale!) this is a must-have.

Main reason I'm writing this review is to let you know that the trailer video on this page is actually for Cadence of Hyrule, a game completely different from Crypt of the Necrodancer. Really fun game, but I definitely recommend getting it on PC if you can, since the controls work so much better with a keyboard.

As a heterosexual male I had an absolute blast playing this. Humor and narration are both on point. If a funny, satirical visual novel sounds like fun to you, I definitely recommend getting this game.

This game is great both in single player and with friends. Though the graphics are a bit sub-par, the quick-logic gameplay is very unique and enjoyable.

Many great aspects from Undertale combined with improved combat and visuals make this a great demo. I'll definitely be buying the rest of the game when it comes out.

If you're lucky enough to have avoided watching playthroughs of the game or having it spoiled some other way, I highly recommend buying and playing this game. I consider this my favorite game of all time thanks to the amazing soundtrack and story.

Decided to buy this game due to the crazy high Metascore, but unfortunately for me it was a bit disappointing. It seems that this game has been praised for its (1) metroidvania-style gameplay, (2) 8-bit music/graphics, and (3) awesome/subversive story. As someone who has played through it, I believe these strengths are outclassed by Hollow Knight, Fez, and Undertale respectively. That being said, I still had a fun time overall and would say it'd be worth getting on sale.
