=head1 Name

SPVM::Sys - System Calls for File IO, Sockets, Time, Process, Signals, Users

=head1 Description

Sys class in L<SPVM> has methods to call system calls for file IO, sockets, user manipulation, process manipulation, and time.

=head1 Usage

  use Sys;

  my $fd_ref = [(Sys::IO::FileStream)undef];
  my $file = "a.txt";
  Sys->open($fd_ref, "<", $file);

  Sys->mkdir("foo");

  Sys->rmdir("foo");

  my $env_path = Sys->env("PATH");

  my $process_id = Sys->process_id;

=head1 Details

=head2 Windows Unicode Support

Windows internally manages filenames using UTF-16LE encoding. In contrast, SPVM interprets strings as raw byte sequences, expecting them to be UTF-8. To bridge this difference, all methods have been implemented to perform this conversion automatically.
