Strike Force was a colony-wide underground resistance movement that aimed to overthrow the Omnimind overlord of Iskonia. It was made up of survivors of Omnimind's biological and cybernetic experimentation with the world's colonists, including several cyborgs. It was headquartered in septic tunnels beneath the colony's capital city, within which the Omnimind's robots could not navigate. Strike Force was made up of at least seven teams, including Units 3 and 7.

Unit 3

In the year 2274, Unit 3 was led by Sergeant Harré, who infiltrated the Hall of Science to spy on Omnimind's robots, learning that a new strategy would soon be implemented to obliterate the rebellion. He escaped with the aid of a landing party from the Federation starship USS Enterprise led by Captain James T. Kirk, and brought them to Strike Force's base. Later, Lyra accompanied the landing party to rescue Kirk's kidnapped Starfleet security officers.

Unit 7

In 2274, Unit 7 surreptitiously patrolled the capital city's streets. Karos and a teammate witnessed Omnimind robots kidnap Kirk's officers and take them inside the Main Dome. He helped Lyra and Kirk breech the dome, at the cost of his life, leading to the deactivation of the Omnimind and a complete victory for the rebels. (TOS comic: "Restructuring Is Futile")
