Roggaf was a a 23rd century Agonite man, a leader of the Agoni police force in Galaxy T-21 during the 2260s decade.
Biography
In 2266, Roggaf spoke for a fleet of Agonite space eagles which chased down the Starfleet starship USS Enterprise. The Enterprise had disabled one of their sister ships and liberated what the crew thought were innocent prisoners. When the fleet approached, Captain James T. Kirk asked to parley. Roggaf met with Kirk and Lieutenant Hurst, explaining that the eagle they'd attacked was a police cruiser carrying convicted criminals, some awaiting the death penalty. Kirk and Hurst then recaptured the criminals. Roggaf said he owed Kirk a debt of gratitude as he supervised the felons boarding a space eagle in restraints. (TOS comic: "The Eagles Have Landed")
