Peretz was a 23rd century Human man. He served in Starfleet in the communications division aboard the Federation starship USS Enterprise in the 2270s under the command of Captain James T. Kirk.
Biography
In 2273, Ensign Peretz was a young trainee on duty at the communications station, the noon relief for Elizabeth Palmer. Civilian Cecilia Simons approached him asking to send a batch of dispatches, waiting to ask him rather than Palmer, and flattered him about his job, calling him a lieutenant before she left.
