The Muratas sector was a sector of space that was located near Federation territory, located in the galaxy's Beta Quadrant. (PRD episode: "Starstruck")

History and specifics

In the 22nd century, the Muratas Star Cluster was a star cluster located within the Beta Quadrant's Delphic Expanse region. (ENT episode: "Chosen Realm")

In 2383, the Muratas sector was depicted on a holographic map of Federation and explored space that Hologram Janeway displayed to the new crew of the USS Protostar. This sector shared borders with the Sierra, Actium, Terran and Tellarite sectors. (PRD episode: "Starstruck")
