Lexe was a star system located in Federation space in the Alpha or the Beta Quadrant, at coordinates 7.80S 2.40E.
It was home to a number of planets, though none of them were Class M. The fourth planet was Laxala, formerly an Orion colony, and later a privately owned Federation world.
The system was rich in valuable minerals, with Laxala and two other planets, and eleven moons, all being mined in the late 23rd century. Landing arrangements were primitive throughout the system, however. (FASA RPG module: The Orions: Book of Common Knowledge)
