Kimden rolls were a type of food, a baked bread good originated of the Betazoid civilization of the planet Betazed.

History and specifics

The ingredients were mixed, left for one hour to rise, then were steamed for ten minutes. The fluffy, small rolls paired well with fruit and creamy soups. They were often served at breakfast or lunchtime. One could approximate the dish on Earth with water, sugar, salt, vanilla, yeast, flour, and ube powder. (ST reference: The Star Trek Cookbook)
