Julianna Cox was a female human physician in Starfleet in the 24th century. Prior to 2374, she was assigned to the USS Lexington as assistant chief medical officer, under CMO Elizabeth Lense. During the month Lense was held on suspicion of illegal genetic enhancement by Starfleet at Starbase 314, Cox was made acting CMO.
Cox was killed during the Dominion War in 2374, during a battle in the Setlik system. (SCE eBook: War Stories, Book 1)
- Cox was named after the medical examiner played by Michelle Forbes on the TV show Homicide: Life on the Street. Forbes played Ro Laren on Star Trek: The Next Generation.
