History and specifics

In the year 2370, Benjamin Sisko noticed the smell of Deluvian coffee, which was coming from Quark's. (DS9 novel: The Big Game)

It is unclear if "Deluvian" refers to a civilization that cultivates this selection or a place name of origination, such as a planet, geographic area thereof, or a star system or region of space.
