D'ald was a Klingon general in the early 25th century. Chancellor J'mpok ordered D'ald and the Klingon Defense Force's 7th Fleet to attack the Gorn in the Orelious system, but D'ald faced a problem when the IKS Kang disappeared from the fleet, having gone rogue. D'ald attempted unsuccessfully to find the Kang, but J'mpok ordered the pursuit stopped. (ST website: The Path to 2409)
