Biography

Succeeding his Grand Uncle Tiberius as Emperor Caligula at first was a wise and moderate ruler. Later in his reign he became one of the most depraved and cruel men to ever rule the Empire. Legacy

Upon meeting Valeria Williams for the first time Samuel Abraham Kirk noted she was named after Valeria Messalina, the wife of Claudius. Williams informed Kirk that it was a tradition in the Williams family to name their children after figures from Roman history, and that to date there had not been any members of the family named after Caligula.
