Bird-of-prey is the designation for a spacecraft type, given to a number of different starship classes used by both the Klingon and Romulan fleets.
History and specifications
With hulls decorated with large wings like a bird animal, these vessels are designed for a number of fast flight attack or reconnaissance missions, much like an actual bird of prey.
