Gayliann Harvey (born 21 August 1964; age 61) is an assistant production coordinator who worked in that capacity on seventy episodes of Star Trek: Voyager on the fifth through seventh seasons, and as a production assistant on twenty-four episodes of Star Trek: Enterprise on the first through fourth seasons.
