Cigi Britton (born 20 February 1963; age 62) is the actress who was featured as the Pelian Starfleet cadet in the Star Trek: The Next Generation fifth season episode "The First Duty". Fellow background actress Louise Bale played the same role during the location filming while Britton played the Pelian cadet during the hearing scenes. She filmed her scenes on Friday 31 January 1992 and Monday 3 February 1992 on Paramount Stage 16. In addition, Britton appeared as a Human Starfleet cadet in the exterior scenes, filmed on location at the Japanese Garden on Monday 27 January 1992. Her uniform from this episode was later sold off on the It's A Wrap! sale and auction on eBay and the name tag misspelled her name as Cigi Brihen. [1](X)
