At four days after induction with DOX, transfected HTF cells were collected and lysed in buffer containing 150 mM NaCl, 50 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.4), 2 mM EDTA, 1% NP-40, and protease inhibitors (Boehringer Mannheim, Germany).
