They were also told that baby Noah also had
polymicrogyria, meaning Sharon was forced to undergo an emergency cesarean section at 32 weeks, on June 11.
Additionally, an MRI performed in the 31st week of gestation showed encephalomalacic pseudocysts and cortical maldevelopment, which was interpreted as
polymicrogyria. With maternal written informed consent, termination of pregnancy was performed at the 32nd week and sixth day of gestation.
In addition, there is one case of optic nerve hypoplasia combined with
