Nomos has carried out a restructuring at its unit and has transferred its stake in BKM to a subsidiary in a drive to reinforce capital deployment, Reuters said today, citing Nomos's head of strategy and investor relations Jean-Pascal Duvieusart.

"Engaging the services of such a highly credentialled Chinese Company to provide support for the value engineering phase is expected to enhance the overall economics and executability of the BKM project and provide access to a wider investor network in Asia," Manini added.

BKM itself has over 50 centres and sub-centres in the country.

BKM Sowan Horan, LLP partner Dustin Pfluger has been appointed to the Texas Mortgage Bankers Association (TMBA) board of directors effective February 1, 2018, the company said.

14 July 2016 - US-based commercial lending and leasing services company CIT Group Inc.'s (NYSE: CIT) CIT Real Estate Finance unit provided a USD 40.2 m senior secured credit facility to US-based real estate investment firm BKM Capital Partners, the company said.
