Kyou Kara Maou ---> OMG!!!

I am utterly speechless! I got home at nearly midnight last night and besides looking at photos and going to bed, I watched my latest favourite anime!

OMG OMG OMG OMG OMG OMG OMG OMG OMG OMG OMG OMG OMG OMG OMG OMG

is basically my reaction!

The episode rocked so hard on so many levels:

- well, firstly there was so much angty moments. Poor Yuuri being all worried and sad about his elder brother; saying that usually it was Shori who usually took care of him.

- as usual, he listens to Conrad and I liked that Conrad subtly and gently tells him that Shori would never leave his side, trying to alleviate his worries and give him hope, in light of how severe the situation was. The little talk about carrying about his brothers was also sweet. Damn, just as I thought I couldn't love Yuuri more, he does all these cute facial expressions and oscilates between caring King and concern brother.

- Shori and Geneus... Shori caring enough to stay and then deciding that the only thing he could do for Yuuri was to stay and find out who and what these guys were.

- Geneus; I love Geneus - I don't think he's a bad guy at heart but I still want to know who he is? I mean, he cant' be the Daikenja??? On the other hand, I wouldn't put it past Shinou to have cloned his own stategist all those years ago?

- Shinou in a box - hahaha, I laughed at it... he's so cute and worried that he left the temple to see Murata. What is Murata not telling us??? Again, he's hiding things... But Shinou and Murata/Dai Kenja is ... well, quite slashable. I mean, they obviously care for each other a lot and it shows.

- the battle scene with Gwendal and Wolfram using their powers was so exciting! Oh my God, does using Maryoukou make your hair grow? Coz Wolf's hair grew suddenly! Maybe that's why Gwen has a ponytail. I liked that it was always the brothers protecting Yuuri though I'm surprised that Gunther didn't use his powers.

- the appearance of the Maou and the havoc he wrecked but how he calmed down with the threat to Shori was incredible. Shori in Geneus' arms. LOL - there seems to be a lot of that with Shori and Geneus. Maybe Shori can take Geneus back to Earth with him?

- I'm hoping that Yozak has done his usual spy-ish thing and is somewhere near Shori.

- Of course, the last scene in terms of emotional impact and punch, was the best. Yuuri standing up, crying and shouting painfully, "Shooooori...." as his brother is taken away by boat (with a duck shape head... which sort of amused me a bit) whilst being flanked by Yuuri and Conrad.

- Last season (and even this season), we saw a lot of the Conrad-Yuuri brotherly dynamic. I like to see the Yuuri-Shori brotherly dynamic because as Yuuri said, Shori's always the one protecting him and treating him like a baby but now it seems that Shori needs rescuing and yet, Shori's not exactly the damsel in distress. Like his brother, he's caring and compassionate and choose to use this opportunity to find out more about the White Ravens.

- It also looks like the team is off to Dai Shimaron next week...!


By the way, if anyone ever watched Yami no matsuei, apparently the scifi channel in the US has started airing it! Not sure if it'd be the dubbed or subbed version:
